These Terms govern your use of getsovereignops.com and any text messages you receive from Majestic Lifestyle LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as Sovereign Ops ("Sovereign Ops," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 to use the site.

1. Our services

Sovereign Ops provides setup, training and support for business software tools that help with tasks such as texting back missed calls, answering reviews, drafting replies to leads and organizing email. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. No guarantees

Results depend on your business, your tools and how you use them. We do not promise any specific income, savings, time saved, leads, reviews or other results. Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Software made by others

We set up and train you on software made by other companies, such as Grok Bot, Quo, Google and Stripe. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their products are provided under their own terms, they may change or have outages, and we are not responsible for them. Product names belong to their owners.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including the founding client offer, are subject to availability and to the terms of your written agreement. We may change prices for new clients at any time. Software you use is billed to you directly by its maker under that maker's terms.

5. Your accounts and approvals

You keep ownership of and control over your own accounts. Tools that draft messages can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving messages and replies before they are sent or posted (or for any email you choose to let send without approval), and for having permission to contact the people you message.

6. SMS Terms (text messaging program)

• Program: Sovereign Ops customer messages, sent by Majestic Lifestyle LLC, doing business as Sovereign Ops. We send texts about your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
• Consent: You agree to receive texts only if you opt in, for example by checking the optional SMS box on our contact form or by telling us directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honor other reasonable ways of saying stop, such as "unsubscribe," "cancel," "end" or "quit." We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (312) 376-4018 or sales@getsovereignops.com.
• Timing: Except for replies to your own messages, we send texts only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your local time.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number: Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number, so we do not text the next owner.
• Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Texts from our clients: Texts sent by a business that uses tools we set up come from that business, not from Sovereign Ops. To stop them, reply STOP to that business.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, try to break its security, copy it for commercial use, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

8. Site content

The site's text, design and logo belong to Majestic Lifestyle LLC. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sovereign Ops and its owners and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or our texts. Our total liability for any claim about this site or our texts is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Claims about paid services are governed by your written agreement.

11. Indemnity

If you misuse this site or break these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, from any resulting claim.

12. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard only in the state courts located in DeKalb County, Illinois, or the federal court for the Northern District of Illinois, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

13. Other terms

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. You agree that we can send you notices electronically.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Changes apply from that date forward.
